Hi,

This question is for other graduates who are near or have already completed a graduate development rotation programme (typically over 2 years) with a large company: Did you find it difficult moving into a new area/department after the course had finished?

I'm asking as in our company you go back to the department you were recruited in, however, you can internally transfer if you want. The problem I find is that I'm suddenly landed with the whole "not enough experience" cr*p again!

Just wanted to know your thoughts and experiences...
